I Learned How to Manage Stress
It is very important for person to know how to properly manage their stress level. About a year ago my husband and I got divorced it was a very messy divorce and it went on for quite some time. I was very depressed, and apart from my depression I also was not able to sleep. I decided to go to a Doctor to see if he could give me some kind of medication to help me get to sleep.
